TELEVISION & FILM VFX
We use industry standard tools for visual effects and animation, match moving/tracking, object replacement/removal and 3d content integration to live footage.
pRODUCT VISUALISATION
We’ve created photo realistic renders and animation for TV commercials and product packaging for many well known clients such as Disney (Hasbro), Shark Ninja and Ryobi. Rendered with beautiful lighting, realistic materials and dynamic animation, we can make your product shine. And not only that…once the assets are created we can quickly produce colour variations of your animated content to feature other products in your range.
DIGITAL SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
Over the last 10 years we’ve been heavily involved in creating social media marketing/promo content for mobile games. We have been responsible for branding concepts, game trailers/promo videos, social media post artwork and app store icons and screenshots. We’ve developed solid and reliable pipelines to enable reuse of assets and to quickly produce content in multiple resolutions for use across all social media platforms.
Physics based animation
Often animation calls for that extra level of realism with special effects such as fluid/fire simulations, particles or dynamic cloth. Here at Small animations we have both the tools and the technical know-how to produce high quality and realistic simulations for our projects.
MOTION/PERFORMANCE CAPTURE
A recent addition to our studio - markerless motion capture technology now allows us to create character animation with fast turn around. By tracking body, hands and facial expressions, we can produce realistic and natural looking character animation in a fraction of the time, when compared to animating by hand.
MOTION GRAPHICS & Logos
Not every project requires photo realistic content and there’s often the need for something a little more stylised. That’s no problem! With our background in graphics we have created animated logos (2D and 3D) and movie titles, along with dynamic motion graphics for explainer videos.
